We're partnering with a well-established metal stamping manufacturer that values craftsmanship, accountability, and teamwork. The Toolroom Manager is known for staying calm, and collected under pressure. He leads by example, takes accountability, supports his team, and encourages development. This opportunity offers long-term stability, a collaborative culture, and plenty of overtime. What You'll Be Doing Repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining progressive and transfer dies Performing die rebuilds, retrimming pads/forms, and engineering changes Operating toolroom equipment including lathes, mills, surface grinders, and other machining equipment Reading blueprints and working from specifications to fabricate and repair components Inspecting and verifying work using precision measuring equipment Supporting production by keeping tooling operating efficiently and reliably What They're Looking For Tool & Die repair experience in a metal stamping environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Ability to work independently while supporting the broader team Journeyman certification is a plus, but not required Someone who values craftsmanship Why People Stay Supportive leadership that respects skilled trades Clean, organized, team-oriented environment Strong focus on continuous improvement without unnecessary drama Long-term opportunity with room for growth and development Consistent overtime availability for those looking to maximize earnings Excellent benefits and overall stability
