JOB DESCRIPTION A

manufacturing company is seeking a Tool & Die Maker to build, repair, and maintain stamping dies. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Job Duties:

Perform precision machining: operate lathes, milling machines, grinders, and related tool room equipment Assemble, fit, repair, build and maintain dies, fixtures, jigs, and tooling Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Adhere to quality and safety standards in work practices Perform other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:

Must have experience with precision machining and tool room operations Tool and die technical training, certification, or apprenticeship preferred The ability to ensure tooling meets defined tolerances is needed Must be able to read and interpret blueprints Must have the ability to pay a strong attention to detail Must be able to work independently, safely, and abide by all company standards, policies, and procedures Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
