Supervise the Tooling Engineer's regarding their tooling- and technology level. Educate the Tooling Engineers to high-level experts. Control the work of Tool Engineer's to achieve best tooling results by applying all Tooling Standards. Responsibility for tool design checks, tool engineering, tool follow up. Required Education Level ​​Bachelor's Level Degree​

Required Qualifications ​​7-10​ Minimum Years of Experience with Mechanical or Process Engineering and Injection Molding. ​​10+​ Minimum Years of Experience within the automotive industry. Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces. Experience in production and tool build.
