If you enjoy diagnosing complex tooling issues, rebuilding dies, and working with a team that values quality and innovations, this is the opportunity you have been looking for. Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain progressive and forming dies used in precision manufacturing Diagnose tooling issues and implement long-term corrective solutions Perform precision grinding, machining, fitting, and polishing operations Build, modify, and improve tooling to support production and new product launches Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to maximize uptime and quality Recommend process improvements that increase tool life and manufacturing efficiency Experience repairing and maintaining progressive and single hit stamping dies and precision tooling Strong understanding of machining processes, tolerances, and blueprint reading Proficiency with mills, lathes, surface grinders, and precision measuring equipment Ability to troubleshoot independently and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment A continuous improvement mindset and commitment to craftsmanship At Norwood Medical, you'll be part of a leader in medical device manufacturing, creating precision tooling that supports life-changing robotic-assisted and minimally invasive surgical technologies.
