Monday•Friday 11:00pm to 7:30am,

Some Overtime Pay Rate:

$22/hr•$28/hr (depending on experience)

Experience:

3 to 5 years of combined experience in machining, cutting tools, tool setting, or a high-volume manufacturing environment. What You Will Do:

As a Tooling Technician, you will be the backbone of the production department, ensuring high-quality tool functionality and precision.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Performing critical cutting insert rotations, changes, and heat shrink tool settings for solid carbide tools. Setting precise length and diameter offsets for cutting tools using a pre-setter. Promptly logging and tracking data into the Tool Tracking System. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of cutting tool RFID chip technologies. Collaborating with operators, team leads, and shift leads to troubleshoot cutting tool anomalies on the floor. Tooling Technician•

What We Are Looking For:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Experience:

3 to 5 years of combined experience in machining, cutting tools, tool setting, or a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Skills:

Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and basic familiarity with MS Office applications.
