Refractory Technician

We are seeking an experienced Refractory Technician to support industrial boiler and heavy equipment manufacturing. This is a hands-on role for candidates with full refractory installation experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Perform refractory installation including studding, mastic application, forming, pouring, gunning, insulating, lagging, trim work, and brick laying Stage materials and tools to meet daily production goals Follow safety procedures and quality standards Support team production schedules

Qualifications:

3+ years of refractory experience preferred Experience with complete refractory job sets required Ability to read blueprints accurately Comfortable working in a production-driven environment

$25/hr

Shift:

Day Shift (Monday through Thursday 5 am to 330 pm) Contract to hire role
