We are seeking two skilled and motivated Skilled Craftsman/Fabricators to join our team as a Master Craftsman Apprentice. Position:

Craftsman / Fabrication Specialist (Refinishing & New Production) We're looking for skilled, hands-on craftsmen to join our team in two key areas: Refinishing Department

• restoring and refinishing existing products Tabernacle Area
• creating and building new products from the ground up Whether you enjoy bringing old pieces back to life or building something brand new, we have an opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

Work with precision

• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions to craft accurate components Operate specialized tools
• Use manual lathes, mills, drills, shears, rollers, and benders Measure and assemble
• Utilize calipers, rulers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure top-tier quality Refinish or fabricate
• Restore existing products or create new ones depending on your assigned area Collaborate and grow
• Work alongside expert craftsmen in a structured mentorship environment Maintain quality and safety
• Ensure all work meets high standards while following safety guidelines

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, or a similar field Familiarity with drill guides, jigs, weld jigs, and fixtures Experience with soldering and welding is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing setting
