This is an exciting opportunity to hone your skills, learn from seasoned experts, and contribute to the production of meaningful, high-quality pieces. Position:
Craftsman / Fabrication Specialist We're looking for a skilled, hands-on craftsmen to join our team in a key area: Tabernacle Area
  • creating and building new products from the ground up
What You'll Do:
Work with precision
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and instructions to craft accurate components Operate specialized tools
  • Use manual lathes, mills, drills, shears, rollers, and benders Measure and assemble
  • Utilize calipers, rulers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure top-tier quality Refinish or fabricate
  • Restore existing products or create new ones depending on your assigned area Collaborate and grow
  • Work alongside expert craftsmen in a structured mentorship environment Maintain quality and safety
  • Ensure all work meets high standards while following safety guidelines
What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in machining, manufacturing, or a similar field Familiarity with drill guides, jigs, weld jigs, and fixtures Experience with soldering and welding is a plus Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing setting
