Job Description

Now Hiring Tool Maker York, PA Pay Rate:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour + $1,000 stay bonus (6 months) and 100% covered benefits (valued at $5-$6/hr)

Responsibilities:
Work closely with engineers, operators, and other toolmakers to maintain and improve production tooling Grind, fit, assemble, and repair dies with a high level of precision Troubleshoot tooling issues and make adjustments to restore optimal performance Read and interpret blueprints, tooling layouts, and specifications Improve existing dies to increase uptime and efficiency Support the build and development of new tooling
Requirements:
Proven experience with high‑speed progressive dies in a manufacturing environment Strong surface grinding, tool fitting, and precision measurement skills Ability to read and understand complex blueprints Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work on the first shift High School Diploma or GED.
