We are actively expanding our Complex Rehab Technology (CRT) footprint and aligning with regional seating clinics and outpatient physical therapy networks to streamline specialized mobility equipment fulfillment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a RESNA-certified Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) or Certified Rehabilitative Technology Supplier (CRTS) for a flexible, 1099 contract / per-diem role. You will be responsible for handling the supplier-side technical configurations, taking trunk/limb measurements, and participating in direct, in-person client seating evaluations alongside independent Physical and Occupational Therapists. PDF+ 1
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct direct, in-person clinical seating evaluations and product selections with patients.

PDF Collaborate with outpatient physical therapists (LCMPs) to coordinate equipment specifications matching clinical needs.

PDF Provide complete, accurate, signed, and dated evaluation documentation detailing individual measurements to satisfy Medicare/Medicaid prior authorization guidelines.
PDF Qualifications:
Active, valid RESNA Assistive Technology Professional (ATP) certification or
NRRTS CRTS
credential (Required).PDF Demonstrated experience in complex power mobility devices (Group 3 PMDs) and custom manual seating options.

PDF Strong knowledge of Medicare Jurisdiction D documentation standards for rehab wheelchairs.
