Job Description Job Summary Secondary Technician will be responsible for technically maintaining production in a defined area of the facility. This would include troubleshooting and correction of process failures, tooling testing and analysis, and evaluation of new equipment and products. Responsibilities Test tooling for Zeus product development Conduct performance tests on new product tooling Ensure satisfactory operation of new equipment; prepare operating and training manuals Assist engineering and manufacturing in setting up and evaluating new equipment and processes Perform equipment evaluation analysis to determine product capability Assemble fixtures to support product development Keep tooling and machines in good working condition Keep work area clean and free of debris Observe all safety rules and regulations Maintain good communications within the department Assist with tooling and setups

Qualifications Minimum of one-year hands-on experience in operation of Secondary processes
