Our fabrication lab in Chattanooga, TN is currently seeking a talented and dependable Fabrication Technician to join our team. Join our team with this entry-level, full-time position that requires minimal experience. We provide on-the-job training to help you succeed. Our fabrication lab hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, with the flexibility to contribute a few overtime hours per week. Take the first step in your new career journey with us. Job Responsibilities Fabricate and repair custom prosthetic and orthotic devices Utilize sawing, carving, cutting, and grinding techniques on wood, plastic, and metal Using various hand tools and materials, including sheet plastic and fiberglass Maintain a clean and safe work environment Colloborate with our team to ensure efficient production Demonstrate attention to detail and craftmanship in every project
Requirements:
Mechanical inclination Flexibility to travel to other company locations if needed Reliable transportation Organizational, time management, and planning skills Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
