Seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Read blueprints and specifications to fabricate, machine, and assemble tooling and components. Set up and operate lathes, mills, grinders, forklifts, and overhead cranes. Inspect parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and proper fit. Troubleshoot and improve dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures. Perform equipment inspections and maintain a safe, organized work area. Support continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or technical training preferred. 3-5 years of tool & die, machining, or industrial manufacturing experience. Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring tools. Must have own tools. Forklift experience and basic computer skills required. Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work overtime and lift up to 45 lbs.
