This role focuses on assembling high-quality steel products, operating advanced machinery, and contributing to our manufacturing processes. Ideal candidates will be mechanically inclined individuals who thrive in a dynamic, hands-on work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble various steel components into products specifically designed for radiological applications. Operate a fiber laser machine for precise cutting, and troubleshoot any issues to minimize downtime. Set up and operate a press brake for metal forming. Use a robotic welder to perform automated welding tasks, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency. use an automated monorail powder coat process to apply finishes to products.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing or assembly role, preferably in metal fabrication. Technical proficiency with industrial machinery such as fiber lasers, press brakes, and robotic welders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in mechanical or technical fields is a plus.
Salary:
Starting at $17 per hour, with potential to increase up to $22 per hour based on performance and mastering departmental requirements.
