TOOLING ASSOCIATE / HORIZONTAL MANUAL LATHE
HELPERMonday•Thursday 8:30 pm• 7:00 am$19.17 per hour 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
 Ensure that all tools are supplied and available to use. Responsible for utilizing a manual lathe machine for the polishing of tools used by the operative.

Will use a manual horizontal lathe and will polish all tools to ensure production is getting the optimal yieldMust indicate and align all tools to the specificationMust follow the strict guidelines of training in reference to polishingWill polish all tools when required (E-seals and O-rings)Keep track of all tools polished and unpolished in a required logKeep the machine and polishing area clean of all debrisMust be able to operate forklift and other equipment to move larger tools around the shop 
JOB REQUIREMENTS
At least 6 months of experience working in a manufacturing environment, or relevant experienceGreat communication skillsSafety consciousPrior machining experienceMust have a High School Diploma/GED
