Design & Development:
 Analyze engineering blueprints and CAD models to plan the production of tools and dies.
Machining:
 Operate CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and grinders to cut and shape metal parts to precise specifications.
Assembly & Fitting:
 Assemble, fit, and troubleshoot components to create completed tools, dies, jigs, or fixtures.
Maintenance & Repair:
 Repair, modify, and maintain dies and tools to ensure production machinery operates correctly.
Inspection:
 Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to verify that finished products meet specifications, often within extremely tight tolerances.
