Stay current with advancements in assistive technology, pediatrics, and medical terminology to provide innovative solutions. Ensure all procedures adhere to aseptic techniques and safety protocols during device fittings or adjustments. Skills Strong knowledge of patient service principles to address unique needs across age groups. Excellent patient care skills combined with a compassionate approach to support diverse populations. In-depth understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to assistive technology applications. Experience performing physical examinations and applying aseptic techniques within clinical settings. Post-residency experience or equivalent clinical background demonstrating hands-on expertise in assistive device management. Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to patients, families, and healthcare teams.
