Job Description

Olive Branch ABA is hiring a bilingual BCBA to serve families across the Houston area. Many Spanish-speaking families wait months to find a provider who can guide them through assessments, treatment, and progress in their own language. We're looking for a BCBA who can close that gap — and who wants to do it at a practice that respects clinicians.

Per diem pay:
$75-$85/hour , based on experience. Your bilingual skills are genuinely valued here. Clinician-led practice. Clinical decisions are made by people who understand the work. Manageable caseloads so you can give families the attention they deserve. Strong operational support — responsive leadership and a team that handles credentialing, billing, and admin so you can focus on care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor RBTs Partner with families to set goals and track progress Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
Qualifications:
