The Craft :

If you have a passion for transforming raw flitches into perfectly sequenced panels for world-class projects, we want you in our shop.
What You'll Do:
The Art of the
Layout:
Transform raw veneer into stunning faces using a guillotine and splicer.
Precision Execution:
Read complex architectural drawings and cutlists to ensure every grain match and cut (Plain Sliced, Quartered, Rift) is flawless.
Material Expertise:
Work with a massive variety of species, identifying the unique characteristics of each.
Collaborative Excellence:
Work alongside a team of elite makers in a Lean manufacturing environment focused on flow and quality.
What You Bring:
The "Veneer Eye": Significant experience in veneer prep and layup within an architectural millwork setting.
Tool Mastery:
Hands-on experience with Veneer Guillotines and Splicers.
The Mindset:
