As a Fabrication Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting the pump repair facility team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Days (40 hours) What's the Job? Manufacture and repair pump components according to instructions and drawings Operate machine shop equipment such as VTLs, Horizontal Boring Machines, Lathes, and Mills Prepare and maintain machines to ensure smooth operation for pump fabrication Perform precise measurements and validations using tools like Vernier Calipers and Micrometers within .0005 Analyze design drawings, work orders, and production schedules to ensure accuracy and quality What's Needed? Minimum of 5+ years of manual machining experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proficiency in operating manual machine tools such as lathes and milling machines Knowledge of precision measuring instruments and shop mathematics Strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to perform a variety of machining operations What's in it for me?
