  • Full-time Job Description We are seeking a reliable and motivated Field Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting water treatment and distribution systems. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys working in the field and takes pride in maintaining safe and compliant water systems. Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain water treatment and distribution systems
  • Perform routine inspections and monitor system performance
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on equipment and infrastructure
  • Collect water samples for laboratory testing
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues
  • Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and equipment handling
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations Qualifications
  • Experience in water treatment, utilities, or a related field preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude; heavy equipment experience is a plus
  • Ability to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing systems preferred
  • Valid driver's license (recommended for field roles)
  • Must be able to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year experience in water works or plumbing
  • ADEQ Grade 1 (or higher) Water Distribution and/or Treatment Certification Pay & Benefits
