The ideal candidate will have previous plumbing experience and a solid understanding of basic plumbing principles. Prior water treatment experience is not required—we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Install water refiners, reverse osmosis systems, and related water treatment equipment Complete installations safely, professionally, and according to company standards Troubleshoot basic plumbing and equipment issues Communicate professionally with customers Maintain an organized work area, company vehicle, and equipment Complete required installation documentation Identify service or product needs when appropriate Qualifications Previous plumbing or related hands-on installation experience Working knowledge of basic plumbing principles Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently Professional communication and customer-service skills Willingness to learn water treatment equipment and installation procedures What We Offer Competitive pay of $20.00-$28.00 per hour, depending on experience Additional 10% commission on eligible service sales Full-time, steady work Paid training in water treatment equipment and installation Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Supportive, locally owned and operated company Schedule Full-time Eight-hour shifts Monday through Friday Day shift No regularly scheduled weekends Work Location Tucson, Arizona In-person position If you have plumbing experience, enjoy hands-on work, and are interested in building a career in the water treatment industry, we encourage you to apply.
