Chino Meat Production Description & Requirements Come join our family at In-N-Out Burger! We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Wastewater Treatment Operator I working in our Chino, CA Facility. The Wastewater Treatment Operator reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor in the Meat Department and is responsible for the effective operation and maintenance of the onsite wastewater treatment plant to ensure compliance with local and state regulations. This role involves daily sampling, necessary chemical adjustments, basic mechanical inspections, level monitoring, and sending samples for laboratory analysis. Qualified candidates will possess critical thinking skills and a solid understanding of chemistry as it pertains to pH, BOD, and TSS, enabling them to make necessary adjustments to guarantee that the effluent from our wastewater stream meets acceptable standards.General Responsibilities:
Perform daily rounds of WWTP documenting issues as they arise, evaluating and analyzing current system and SOP's for inefficiencies. Take water samples daily and analyze for Turbidity and pH (adjust chemical dosing as required). Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of the WWTP system as needed to ensure proper care and operation. Communicate any alarms/issues to supervisor as to prevent any untreated discharge to the water company. Will help to train new hires and be involved with cross-training. Operates the Screw press to maintain empty sludge tank and empty hoppers. Work Schedule +Benefits:

Minimum 3- 5 years working as a waste water treatment operator (required) Experience with local permitting and compliance as it relates to waste water treatment.
Physical Demands/Requirements:
Ability to lift 100 lbs.
