Oilfield / Industrial Services Position Summary We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and safety-focused Water Treatment Operator to join our growing field operations team. This position is responsible for the operation, monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of produced water treatment equipment at oilfield and industrial job sites. We are building our produced water treatment division from the ground up. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working independently in the field, and interested in being part of a growing operation. Experience with advanced oxidation, filtration, chemical treatment, pumps, and water quality monitoring is highly preferred. Essential Job Duties Operate and monitor produced water treatment systems and related equipment. Operate pumps, chemical injection systems, filtration equipment, advanced oxidation systems, and instrumentation. Monitor water quality parameters including iron, ATP, ORP, pH, turbidity, H₂S, and other applicable parameters. Collect water samples and perform routine field testing. Monitor gauges, flow rates, pressures, chemical levels, and treatment performance; make adjustments as needed. Perform routine equipment inspections, servicing, and basic maintenance. Troubleshoot pumps, chemical systems, filtration equipment, instrumentation, and treatment-process issues. Safely handle, transfer, and manage treatment chemicals. Assist with equipment setup, startup, shutdown, teardown, commissioning, and optimization. Maintain accurate operating logs, water quality records, and chemical usage records. Report equipment issues, leaks, malfunctions, abnormal conditions, or safety concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and management. Drive company vehicles, trucks, and trailers as authorized. Follow all company, customer, OSHA, DOT, environmental, and applicable safety requirements. Wear and properly use all required PPE. Attend and successfully complete required training. Travel to out-of-state locations as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in oil and gas water treatment or a closely related field. Experience with produced water treatment, filtration, chemical injection, pumps, and process equipment. Familiarity with water quality parameters including iron, ATP, ORP, pH, turbidity, and H₂S. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools. Experience troubleshooting equipment and treatment processes.

HAZWOPER, H

₂S, and SafeLand certifications are preferred. Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Willingness to travel to out-of-state locations. Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and teamwork. Ability to work independently and follow procedures in a fast-paced field environment. Strong communication and documentation skills. Physical & Environmental Requirements Ability to work outdoors in rain, extreme heat and cold, high winds, ice, snow, dust, vibration, and other industrial conditions. Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, and working in the field. Ability to perform physical labor, including bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and handling equipment. Ability to individually lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around pumps, generators, vehicles, chemical systems, and other mechanical equipment.
