Pipe Foreman Wastewater Treatment Plant Construction

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to lead and oversee pipe installation activities for a large-scale wastewater treatment plant project. This role will manage pipefitters, laborers, and support personnel while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily pipe installation activities and field crews Coordinate with project managers, welders, and subcontractors Read and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, and isometric drawings Plan work sequences, material needs, and crew assignments Ensure proper pipe layout, alignment, and installation per specs Conduct safety meetings and enforce site safety procedures Inspect work for quality, tolerances, and compliance with standards Track progress, report updates, and maintain project documentation Troubleshoot issues and support efficient workflow on site Qualifications 5+ years of pipefitting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of industrial piping, wastewater systems, and mechanical installation Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents Skilled in coordinating crews and managing multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Safety-focused mindset; OSHA certification is a plus Wastewater treatment plant or municipal infrastructure experience preferred Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
