Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day field construction activities on wastewater treatment projects. Coordinate subcontractors, crews, vendors, and site personnel to maintain project progress. Ensure construction activities are performed according to drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Monitor daily progress, productivity, manpower, materials, and equipment on site. Coordinate with the Project Manager, engineers, and other project stakeholders to resolve field issues. Review construction drawings, specifications, and plans and communicate requirements to field teams. Conduct daily site inspections and ensure proper installation and workmanship. Enforce project safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety requirements. Identify potential delays, conflicts, and construction issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities. Maintain daily reports, progress records, site documentation, and other required project records. Support project scheduling by providing accurate field progress and forecast information. Participate in project meetings and provide updates regarding site progress, risks, and challenges. Job RequirementsEducation Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent construction experience may be considered. Experience Minimum 10+ years of experience as a Construction/Project Superintendent . Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with wastewater treatment projects . Proven experience supervising large-scale construction projects and multiple subcontractors. Strong experience with civil, concrete, mechanical, piping, and related wastewater treatment construction activities. Experience working from construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and technical documents. Skills Strong leadership and field management skills. Excellent knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site operations. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage subcontractors and resolve field conflicts effectively. Strong understanding of construction quality and safety requirements. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site project environment. Proficiency with construction management and reporting software is a plus. Ability to work full-time, on-site in Orlando, FL.
