We are building a scalable, system-driven business focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experience from day one. We are looking for someone who doesn't just want to run jobs—but wants to help build and grow a company. Position Overview We are hiring a Pressure Washing Production Manager to lead field operations while also supporting sales and revenue growth. This role is hands-on. You will operate equipment, complete jobs, manage job sites, and interact directly with customers—but also play a key role in closing work, upselling services, and driving production revenue. This is not an entry-level role. You must have real industry experience and be confident owning both job execution and customer interaction from start to finish. Responsibilities Production & Operations Operate pressure washing truck and equipment safely and efficiently Complete residential and commercial jobs (homes, driveways, roofs, commercial properties) Mix and apply proper cleaning solutions (soft wash, chemicals, detergents) Manage job sites independently with a focus on quality and efficiency Perform routine maintenance on equipment, pumps, hoses, and truck Follow schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time Sales & Customer Experience Communicate with customers on-site in a professional, confident manner Identify additional service opportunities and upsell when appropriate Provide basic estimates and pricing guidance in the field Ensure a high-quality customer experience from arrival to final walkthrough Support close rate improvement through strong communication and trust-building Requirements Minimum 2+ years of pressure washing experience (required) Experience running a truck-mounted system independently Strong understanding of soft washing, chemicals, and surface-specific cleaning Proven ability to communicate with customers and close additional work Basic mechanical knowledge (equipment troubleshooting and maintenance) Valid driver's license with clean driving record Self-starter who can operate without constant supervision Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Compensation $19-$22+/hour, based on experience Performance-based bonuses tied to production and sales Clear path to leadership as the company grows Why This Role Matters This is a foundational role in a company being built for long-term scale.
