Job Description
Position Summary Manages and directs all operations of the plant Sanitation Department. General Purpose Strategic planning; food safety; problem resolution Role Qualifications Must develop systems and controls to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Must communicate with all department managers and USDA to accomplish their goals. Position Responsibilities Crider, Inc. requires all employees to comply with and support all Food Safety and Quality policies, programs, and procedures to ensure our products meet and exceed consumers' expectations.
Develops and directs procedures and methods to ensure that quality standards are met and maintained.
Enforce Company and OSHA safety rules and regulations.
Conduct weekly safety meetings and training.
Enforce Company and USDA rules and regulations on Gmp's, HACCP, etc.
Maintain micro plate counts at 100 or below and 3,000 or below on Charm swabs.
Ensure the plan is released to production on time.
Assure the equipment to be used in production is clean and set every day.
Maintain chemicals and labor cost at budget or below.
Prepare chemicals, labor, and material budget at the end of each year.
Order and maintain records of all materials needed.
Perform and maintain records of all material inventories and communicate with immediate supervisor and accounting once per week.
Maintain records and control of water usage.
Communicate to immediate supervisor day to day operation and Department needs.
Develop a sanitation crew training program and form to document the training.
Perform quarterly and yearly evaluations of your employees.
Develop a program for daily and periodic cleaning for our facility and maintain records.
Maintain SSOP'S and pre-op daily records.
