Job Description
Residential Tech - Part-Time 3nd shift ; Every other weekend 12;00a.m. - 8:00a.m. Who we are and what we stand for: Founded in 1967 to serve clients solely in Black Hawk County, Pathways has expanded in the years since to offer comprehensive substance use, mental health, and problem gambling treatment and prevention services to people in six northeast Iowa counties - Bremer, Buchanan, Butler, Chickasaw, Grundy, and Black Hawk. Our staff includes counselors, nurses, technicians, community educators, wellness coaches, receptionists, billers, BHIS workers, peer support specialists, care navigators, and more. Pathways is CARF-accredited and a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. Pathways' skilled and dedicated staff work together to improve and enrich the lives of individuals and families in our communities. Pathways utilizes holistic approaches to prevention and treatment. - Duties include monitoring, observing, assisting and supervising residents in a chemical dependency residential inpatient unit.
- Knowledge of chemical dependency and self-help support groups preferred.
- Minimum of GED required
- Valid Driver License required
