Full Time Position Overview As a Kiewit Superintendent, you will be responsible for a variety of field activities in order to execute the construction work on our projects. During your first few years you can expect to spend time learning and working on work plans, shop drawings, submittals, 5 week schedules, craft supervision, and project documentation. While learning & executing these things you will have the opportunity to travel the country building complex projects that make a profound impact on communities.
