Serving Chicago for over 80 years, our company has grown to include nine vessels operating every March - November from our Riverwalk location at the Southeast corner of the Michigan Avenue Bridge. First Lady is focused on building loyalty and value with its guests through great service, outstanding products, operational excellence and innovative leadership. The Sanitation and Security Supervisor manages daily sanitation and security operations by supervising staff, inspecting facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining a safe and secure environment. The supervisor coordinates work schedules, monitors performance, investigates incidents, and implements corrective actions to uphold organizational standards. This position will be year round, working in our maintenance department at our shipyard during the non operating season. Job requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus. Previous supervisory experience in sanitation, security, facilities management, or a related field. Knowledge of sanitation procedures, workplace safety standards, and security operations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate records. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred. Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
