Water Treatment Service Technician

Moore Water & Air is the largest residential water treatment company in North America. We specialize in top-tier Water & Air Filtration Systems — including Water Softeners, Reverse Osmosis units, and Air Filtration — bringing cleaner, safer, better-tasting water and clean air to thousands of homes every year. We're looking for motivated, customer-focused Service Technicians who take pride in their work and enjoy helping homeowners solve problems while earning based on their performance. This is a Sales-Oriented Service Technician position. You'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing customers' water and air treatment systems while identifying opportunities to improve their water quality through upgrades or additional products. Your compensation is a base hourly rate but also directly tied to the revenue you generate — the more value you bring to customers, the more you earn. We will provide you with 6-8 Service calls per day from our dispatch team.
