What You'll Do:

Operate and maintain wastewater treatment systems to ensure compliance with regulations Monitor system performance, take accurate readings, and keep precise records Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and physical labor as needed Troubleshoot and make basic repairs to equipment in the field Work outdoors in all weather conditions Be on-call one week every 6-8 weeks

Who You Are:

Quick learner with strong mechanical aptitude Comfortable working with your hands in a wastewater treatment environment Background in wastewater treatment, construction, or equipment maintenance a plus 1+ year of wastewater treatment experience preferred Waste Water Treatment Level 1 and Waste Water Collection License Level 1 preferred (not required)

Must-Haves:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, with rotating on-call shifts

Compensation & Benefits:
