As an integral member of our Leadership team, this management position will work closely with upper management and will have cross-departmental exposure and functionality in Operations, Sales, and Support. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals residing in the greater Boston region who are looking to transition their career to a senior management role. This position reports to the General Manager of our New England division. Offering building solutions to our clients since 1925, Metro is not only one of the oldest, most established water treatment companies in the business, but also one of the fastest growing. Metro has the largest water treatment service fleet in New England with an in-house Laboratory with CDC Elite and ELAP certification for Legionella testing, and its own chemical manufacturing facility for custom blended treatment products. Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
  • Ownership of chemical water treatment programs across all client verticals in the New England Region
  • Oversight of Water Management and Hygiene Consultation needs
  • Providing technical support to Field Service Operations
  • Providing technical and business development support to Sales and Marketing
  • Interfacing with Central Technical Support Department as needed
Requirements:
  • High energy, self-motivated individual with entrepreneurial aspirations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and CRM environments
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment with a commitment to responsiveness and customer/co-worker satisfaction
  • Excellent work/professional references The successful candidate will possess some or all of the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in water treatment and/or water hygiene management
  • Customer service and account management experience
