Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair residential water treatment systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues across major water treatment brands
- Perform routine maintenance, system checks, and inspections
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system performance and service recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Ensure all work meets company standards and local regulations Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential water treatment installation and service
- Strong knowledge of major water treatment system brands
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience with well pumps or water heaters is a plus, but not required
