Your career trajectory will start with Installation and Service Technician and then move to Service Specialist and then to Water Treatment Consultant. The right candidate should be able to move from installation to Service consultant in 12-24 months. On the job training Who You Are No experience needed. Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences or technical 2 year associates degree preferred.
