Job Description
Wastewater Operator Four Corners Water and Sewer District is seeking a motivated Wastewater Operator to assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of water and wastewater systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a stable, long-term career with on-the-job training, advancement opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with initiative who can work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team. Responsibilities include supporting daily system operations, performing routine maintenance, monitoring equipment, and helping ensure compliance with operational standards and safety procedures. Previous experience is not required. Successful candidates must be willing to obtain required operator certifications within two years of employment. Applicants should possess strong mechanical aptitude, a solid work ethic, and the ability to work safely in changing and sometimes unpredictable environments.
