We are currently representing several established Water / Wastewater General Contractors with immediate Superintendent-level opportunities across the US. We're looking for experienced field leaders who have genuinely built water and wastewater treatment facilities and would consider relocating for the right company, project and compensation package. You do not need to be actively looking. If you're an experienced Water / Wastewater Superintendent in North Carolina and would consider opportunities elsewhere in the US, we'd like to have a confidential conversation. Current Opportunities We are recruiting for Superintendent and Senior Superintendent positions on projects including: Water Treatment Plants (WTP) Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP) Treatment plant expansions and upgrades Pump and lift stations Process piping and mechanical systems Underground utilities Major municipal water infrastructure projects Opportunities are available in multiple locations throughout the United States. Full paid relocation assistance is available for suitable candidates. What We're Looking For We're particularly interested in speaking with Water / Wastewater Superintendents and Senior Superintendents who have: Direct WTP and/or WWTP construction experience Experience working for a General Contractor Superintendent-level field leadership experience Experience delivering ground-up treatment plants, expansions or major upgrades Strong knowledge of process piping, pumps, mechanical equipment, concrete and civil scopes Experience managing subcontractors and self-perform crews Strong scheduling and sequencing experience A track record of delivering safe, high-quality projects The ability to take ownership of field operations and lead from the front Experience with established Water / Wastewater, heavy civil or self-performing infrastructure contractors is particularly attractive. Compensation Depending on the position, location and your experience, packages can include: $140,000
- $200,000+ base salary
