(856) 773-5800 Sanitation Manager The Sanitation Manager will oversee and direct sanitation and cleaning functions throughout the facility. They will provide leadership and direction to sanitation employees.Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct sanitation associates in the cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and facility areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Train team members on proper cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and manufacturer-recommended application methods
- Verify sanitation effectiveness through visual inspections, pre-op and post-op evaluations, and corrective actions as needed
- Complete and maintain sanitation records, inspection documentation, and verification paperwork to support regulatory and quality requirements
Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of sanitation experience in a food manufacturing or bakery environment
- Previous supervisor or lead experience
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm
- GMP experience
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- SQF certification is preferred
- HACCP certification is preferred
