What You Will Do Each Day Lead and manage drain and sewer sales performance across the market. Conduct sewer camera inspections and support technicians on solution design. Coach and mentor sales technicians on closing strategies and customer communication. Monitor KPIs including average ticket, conversion rates, and revenue performance. Ensure adherence to our structured sales process and service standards. Collaborate with operations leadership to drive efficiency and profitability.
