Job Overview Join our dynamic swimming pool team as a Pool Professional, where outdoor work meets fun and hands-on expertise! In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting pool systems, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable aquatic environment for our customers. Your energetic attitude and mechanical skills will help keep pools in top condition while providing excellent customer service. This paid position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, develop technical skills, and be part of a lively team dedicated to aquatic excellence. Experiance in the pool buisness is required. Responsibilities Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical balancing, and water treatment to ensure optimal water quality and safety. Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and plumbing systems using hand tools and power tools. Operate company vehicles safely to transport equipment and supplies to various outdoor locations. Handle water treatment chemicals responsibly, following safety protocols to maintain proper pool chemistry levels. Conduct inspections of pool plumbing systems and mechanical components to identify issues early and perform necessary repairs or maintenance. Maintain detailed records of service activities, chemical usage, repairs, and inspections for compliance and quality assurance. Provide friendly customer service by addressing client questions or concerns about pool operations or maintenance needs. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool equipment, plumbing systems, and water treatment devices. Experience with pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment troubleshooting. Knowledge of water treatment chemical handling with an emphasis on safety procedures. Hands-on experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to operate service vehicles safely and efficiently. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, and basic equipment repair techniques. Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude that promotes fun and professionalism in a lively aquatic environment.
