Stainless Steel Superintendent - Data Center / Water Division We are actively hiring for multiple Stainless Steel Superintendents with a strong background in data center construction and water systems to lead complex stainless steel piping installations on mission-critical projects. This role is for someone who understands the water side of data centers and has hands-on experience supervising large-scale stainless steel piping scopes tied to systems like cooling, treatment, and process water.

MUST HAVES

(Non-Negotiable) Previous data center construction experience (required) 5+ years as a Superintendent overseeing stainless steel piping scopes Proven experience managing $10M+ stainless steel scopes (water side only) Direct experience supervising installation of stainless steel piping systems in: Water / wastewater treatment plants Chiller and cooling systems Process water systems within data centers Strong field leadership experience managing crews, subcontractors, and production What You'll Be Doing Lead all field operations for stainless steel piping installation on data center projects Supervise installation of high-purity and process water systems , including welding, fabrication, and installation Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and general trades to ensure proper sequencing and integration Drive schedule, manpower, and productivity for stainless steel scopes Ensure all work meets quality standards, specs, and commissioning requirements Oversee QA/QC processes , including weld inspections and testing Enforce strict safety standards across all water system installations Work closely with project management and client teams to resolve field issues quickly What We're Looking For A hands-on field leader who knows stainless steel piping inside and out Strong understanding of water systems in mission-critical environments Experience with clean piping, weld procedures, and high-spec installations Ability to manage fast-paced, high-value scopes with tight deadlines Someone who can own the water scope and drive it to completion Preferred Experience Experience on hyperscale data centers Background in advanced water treatment systems or high-purity piping Familiarity with commissioning and turnover of water systems Why This Role Be part of a growing water division supporting major data center builds Work on complex, high-value stainless steel scopes Opportunity to lead critical infrastructure that directly supports mission-critical operations Competitive compensation with bonus and travel support Pay is 115K - 140K DOE, plus bonuses, paid housing and/or perdiem, company truck, cell phone, laptop, etc.
