Foundry Group is proud to be partnering with a leading Heavy Civil General Contractor to recruit an experienced Water / Wastewater Superintendent to join their expanding Dallas operations. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the industry's most respected contractors, delivering critical infrastructure projects that support communities across Texas. With a strong backlog of secured work and continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead complex water and wastewater construction projects from start to finish. The Role As Superintendent, you will have full responsibility for the successful delivery of water and wastewater treatment facilities and associated civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule and within budget.
Projects include:
Water Treatment Plants Wastewater Treatment Plants Pump Stations Lift Stations Underground Utilities Process Piping Concrete Structures Site Civil and Earthwork Responsibilities Lead all day-to-day field operations on water and wastewater construction projects. Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and self-perform crews. Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Conduct daily planning meetings and coordinate site activities. Monitor productivity and implement recovery plans where required. Manage inspections, testing and project documentation. Maintain close communication with Project Managers, Owners, Engineers and Inspectors. Ensure compliance with project specifications, environmental regulations and OSHA standards. Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel. Requirements 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a Heavy Civil or Water/Wastewater General Contractor. Proven experience delivering Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant projects. Strong knowledge of concrete structures, process piping and underground utility installation. Experience managing multiple subcontractors and field crews. Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings. Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills. Pay:
$135,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
