Position Summary As a Water Treatment Specialist, you'll meet with homeowners, perform complimentary water quality tests, educate customers on water treatment solutions, and recommend systems that best fit their needs. No high-pressure sales—we focus on education and providing the right solution. Responsibilities Conduct free in-home water quality tests. Explain test results and educate homeowners on water quality. Recommend water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and filtration solutions. Prepare and present pricing and financing options. Build lasting relationships with customers. Maintain accurate customer records and appointments. Work closely with the installation team to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Attend daily sales meetings and training. Qualifications Sales experience preferred (home improvement, HVAC, water treatment, solar, or pest control is a plus). Excellent communication and customer service skills.
