[Days, hours, on-call if applicable] Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Residential Water Treatment Technician to install, service, and maintain home water treatment systems. This role involves working directly with homeowners to ensure safe, high-quality water through proper system performance, troubleshooting, and customer education. Key Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair residential water treatment systems, including water softeners, filtration systems, reverse osmosis units, and related equipment Diagnose system issues and perform routine maintenance and repairs Conduct water testing and analyze results to recommend appropriate treatment solutions Educate homeowners on system operation, maintenance, and water quality best practices Complete service documentation, work orders, and inventory records accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at job sites and in company vehicles Follow all safety procedures, plumbing codes, and company standards Provide professional, courteous customer service at all times Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Strong communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Preferred Certifications (Not Required) Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Company vehicle, tools, and training provided Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement Why Join Us We value skilled technicians who take pride in their work and enjoy helping homeowners improve their water quality.
