THE ROLE
You will safely, independently, and efficiently operate a tailored industrial wastewater treatment and reuse system. Reporting to the District Supervisor, you will collaborate daily with customers and account management to optimize equipment performance. You work for us on the customer's site daily. Location:
Hampton, VA Schedule:
Rotating 10-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM) | 2-3-3 rotation over a 2-week cycle Environment:

System Operations:
Monitor water treatment technologies, conduct operator rounds, and respond to system alarms. Maintenance & Testing:
Perform preventive/corrective maintenance, change membranes/filters, calibrate instruments, and collect water samples. Logistics & Safety:
Drive a forklift to organize chemistry and filters, record system data, and maintain a clean, compliant work environment. Customer Support:
Provide professional, solutions-focused service to our on-site clients. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent. Core Skills:
Ability to work autonomously, follow precise instructions, and troubleshoot technical issues. Logistics:
Reliable commute to the Hampton, VA site and flexibility to occasionally support after-hours needs. Preferred Experience (High Plus) Industrial setting or customer-facing experience. Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with fluid handling, electrical controls, boilers, or cooling towers. Experience handling chemicals/corrosives and knowledge of water sampling procedures.
