Overview Mast Water Technology is a leading provider of high-quality water treatment and pool and spa services. We are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring our clients water treatment equipment, pools and spas are in perfect working condition. We pride ourselves on professionalism, attention to detail and strong relationships with our customers. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Hot Tub, Pool and Water Treatment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pool/spa or water treatment industry or a similar field. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing hot tubs, swimming pools and water treatment systems ensuring that all services are provided with the highest quality and in a timely manner. Perform routine pool and hot tub maintenance. Conduct equipment inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance techniques Install, replace, or upgrade pool and hot tub components such as filters, pumps, heaters, and valves Maintain detailed service records of all work performed for each client Identify potential problems early through visual inspections and preventative maintenance measures Assist with equipment upgrades or replacements as needed to improve system efficiency Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician or in a related field involving pools, spas or water treatment equipment maintenance Mechanical knowledge with the ability to repair and troubleshoot various pool and hot tub systems Familiarity with pool cleaning techniques, chemical balancing, and water chemistry management Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other maintenance equipment Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license preferred for travel between job sites This role is essential for maintaining the safety, functionality, and enjoyment of our clients' pools and hot tubs.
