The Sanitation Supervisor is a critical 3rd shift position that is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping and industrial cleaning/sanitizing activities of equipment and facilities including, but not limited to labs, offices, production, packaging and warehousing facilities.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Coordinates with quality department and a variety of other departments to ensure that all products are manufactured in a sanitary environment with an understanding of local regulatory requirements, company policies and related regulatory, sanitation, and plant hygiene processes. Supervise and direct an outsourced group of 5-10 sanitation personnel. Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation procedures and programs. Perform daily sanitation inspections. Applies an understanding of the basic document control process as it applies to the company's documentation system and the quality standards.

Key Qualifications Include:

2 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. HACCP certified preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree preferred (B.S.) Knowledge of food safety systems Strong interpersonal, communications, coaching and project management skills. Good autonomy and organizational skills.
