We're looking to bring a top-notch MIG Welder onboard. What You'll Need to Bring Fabrication and welding experience. Steel-toes. Ability to follow blueprints and specs without missing a beat. Steady hands for clean welds and sharp eyes for detail. Physical strength to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet. Safety-first mindset with PPE always in play.

Clean shop, solid gear, safe work. What a Shift Looks Like Perform welding and fabrication on metal components and structural frames. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements. Layout, fit, and assemble metal parts to specifications. Operate welding equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
