Repair Welder

AM Schedule:
Employees should expect to work at least two Saturdays per month. Job Summary We are hiring Repair Welders for a busy metals manufacturing facility. The Repair Welder will inspect, repair, and rework welded metal components to ensure products meet quality and production standards. This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a climate-controlled facility. However, the facility can become very hot during the summer months, so candidates should be comfortable working in warm conditions. Responsibilities Perform repair welding on metal components and assemblies. Inspect welds and identify areas requiring repair or rework. Use welding equipment and hand tools safely and effectively. Follow production, quality, and safety procedures. Complete repairs accurately while maintaining production standards. Perform visual inspections of completed welds. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Follow all required personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines. Qualifications Previous welding experience required. Experience with repair welding, rework, or production welding preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Must be willing to work at least two Saturdays per month. Successful completion of an in-person welding skills test is required before starting. Shift Information 1st
